Connecting essential with trascendental

    I dont work yet and am nowhere near leading possition but I agree with Roland when he told us that both objective and subjective dimensions in work are important. But when you are obligated to choose it should be your happiness and subjective dimension that overwaights at the end.
    I think the goal of “drem job/work” is that you find a balance in every view (external, internal and transcendental) but as far as ethical leader goes the transcendential is what drives him and one should not give that “drive” away.

    I like your comment! I agree to look for your own balance in the context of being a good leader. What is your idea to transfer transcendental issues into daily business? What will you do? Maybe you got some valuable experiences.
